Pricing

All pricing on purchase orders is final.

All payments must be processed and received in full before the order is shipped. This ensures a smooth transaction and timely delivery of your items. If you have any questions about payment methods or processing times, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

The goods shall be packaged to export-grade standards and delivered by the supplier or its nominated carrier to the delivery location on the date(s) specified in the order.

The goods will not be delivered in installments unless otherwise stated in the order.

At USLP, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping for our customers worldwide. We partner with leading carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx to offer competitive rates and ensure timely delivery. Please note that while we strive to provide the best shipping experience, duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs and may be applied upon your package’s arrival in your country.

USLP is responsible for shipping goods until they are delivered and scanned at the specified delivery address. We offer international shipping to ensure our products reach customers worldwide.

Goods will not be delivered in installments unless otherwise specified in the order.

Orders can be canceled without any penalties before shipment. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, cancellation fees may apply to cover shipping costs.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless USLP agrees to other terms. Items must be in unused condition and include all original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

We ensure that our laundry parts are of the highest quality. Before delivery, each part is thoroughly inspected by dedicated laundry professionals.
